Due the nature of The Attic's multi-purpose function, bookings are submitted as a request and subject to the approval of the Hey You Team. The Attic can be booked as is or have additional pieces added to the booking. Cleaning deemed "above ordinary" is subject to a minimum cleaning fee of $75. Cancellations require 72 hours notice for a refund. After the 72 hour period, a credit will be issued.
