The Space
Studio one is our most intimate studio with two walls that have a lime wash finish, one white wall and white floors, this studio brings a touch of nostalgia to any session. This space will consist of one Christmas tree to provide a touch of evergreen winter feel. Don't want winter? No problem! Simply move the tree out and you are equipped with a gorgeous timeless space.

The Equipment
This studio has two west-facing windows with sheers in the space and one daylight-tuned LED wall in the ceiling. No additional studio lighting is provided with this studio.

The Props
This space consists of one Christmas tree to provide a touch of evergreen winter feel, a small thin queen bed styled mattress with cushions, making it feel like home. We will have a cozy oversized cream corduroy chair styled with Christmas accessories and a few other finishing touches that separate this studio to any other in our space.

The Rules
Start and end time includes set up and tear down. If there is potential of running overtime, add an extra hour in advance and avoid any possible overcharges or cleaning fees afterward! Move the props and make the space your own, but please return it to its original state to set the next artist up for success.

The Space
With Studio Three's wood floor and white walls, this bright space is a stunner when it comes to all things timeless. This set will bring a balance of winter, and antiquity with modern and natural elements - the perfect location for that you can make your own for every project you have on the horizon.

The Equipment
1000 square feet, covered in natural light with four uninterrupted west-facing windows. Additional Studio lighting is available. Room lighting consists of eight dimmable daylight LED lights. 18-foot ceilings, lobby + bathroom, private in-studio bathrooms, Hair and Makeup Space, Wifi.

The Props
Studio 3 is full of endless possibilities with six different spaces within one single studio. A movable bed, portable wooden backdrop, fireplace and additional seating for any occasion. Props are movable and customizable or will be set beautifully for any occasion for a turnkey, walk-in option!

The Space
The Attic is created with versatility in mind. Use this space as a studio for your sessions, projects or content creation or leverage its beauty for your workshop or intimate holiday event up to 25 people! We would love to answer any questions you have!

Additional Rentals
At The Attic we have additional rentals that can make what you're dreaming up even easier to accomplish. At time of booking or after you secure the space, you can add rectangular tables, folding chairs, cocktail tables or additional props such as our famous white and brown accordion walls!

The Props
In this space, you will find a minimalist industrial feel with 11 windows spanning the open space. All the props showcased above will be in the Attic and Prop room ready for you to use! There are also additional rentable pieces such as tables and chairs making this space perfect for any occasion.
